EXPERIENCE: I have worked with the company for 14 years and have gained a wide knowledge and understanding of children’s learning and development from 0-5 years. I know the importance of safeguarding and strive, along with my team, to provide a safe, stimulating, learning environment, rich with opportunities for children to grow and develop.

EXPERIENCE: Being at Kalgarth for 10 years has given me lots of varied opportunities to extend my existing knowledge. I have a sound knowledge of children with SEN and work with the staff to support each child’s individual learning journey. My role within the setting is staff training and development and I take pride in supporting the staff to achieve their own personal goals through training opportunities so that as a team we can maintain our already high standards.

EXPERIENCE: I have worked for the company for seven years, during those seven years I have gained knowledge and experience on the EYFS and gained experience working with all ages. I have completed in house training and keep up to date with the company’s policies. Whilst working with the company I have gained a promotion to become Assistant Deputy Manager, which I thoroughly enjoy.

EXPERIENCE: I have worked with the company for 2 years now and in that time have developed understanding for children’s learning and development from ages 0-5. I am currently completing my NVQ Level 3 and have worked my way up to the Room Manager of the Early Learner room, and I am now managing the Baby Room. My knowledge has been enhanced by in house training and I am always keen to develop and undertake more training.

EXPERIENCE: I have worked in childcare for over six years and have been at Kalgarth since 2018. I have experience working with children from 6 weeks to 5 years. I have taken on inhouse training which has built my knowledge further which has now led me to be promoted to room manager in the Reception room. With extensive knowledge of SEN, I am the SENCO officer for Kalgarth where I work closely with parents and the children to create personal, tailored plans for children ensuring every child has the best learning opportunities as they learn and grow.

EXPERIENCE: I have been with Evolution Childcare for almost four years now, during my time here I have gained knowledge and understanding on the development of children aged 0-5 through on the job training and through extensive in-house training that is offered by the company. I am currently pending my NVQ level 3 certificate in childcare. I have worked my way to room manager of the Reception class within my settling. Working for Evolution Childcare I have found my passion is helping children to learn and develop. I look forward to my future career.
